Deal Flash Freezing on Countdown

If you are no longer seeing your deal flashes play correctly after the countdown is complete, this is likely because Chrome has released an update that affects the autoplay rules that allow videos to play without interaction. This may have started affecting you if you have recently updated Chrome to the latest version.

This article explains how to fix this issue.

Steps

1. Paste this link into the address bar of your browser: chrome://settings/?search=site+settings
2. Click into the Site Settings, which should be highlighted in yellow.
3. Scroll down to Sound.
4. Click on the second Add button on the list (beside the "Allow" option).
5. Paste "[*.]cube19.io" into the text field and click the Add button.
6. Finally, restart your browser.
   • Once you have completed these steps, we recommend refreshing the instance of Bullhorn Analytics you are using to run Gamification.
