Change Request List
This article explains how to view, filter, and approve or reject requests using the Change Request List.
The Change Request List shows all placement change requests for your company, including requests awaiting approval and requests that have already been approved or rejected. The Change Request List works like other list views in Bullhorn, so you can filter, search, and save favorite searches.
This list must be enabled by Bullhorn Support. If you don't see it in your Home menu, contact Bullhorn Support to have it enabled.
Accessing the Change Request List
From the Bullhorn Menu, select Home > Change Request List.
Your admin may have renamed this list, so it might appear under a different name in your Home menu.
Understanding the List Columns
The list shows when a change was requested, who requested it, and what change is being requested, along with three status columns:

Request Status: The current Change Request status. Updates dynamically when the list refreshes.

Historical Status: A static snapshot of the Placement status at the time the change request was created. We recommend against using this column, since the Placement status may be out of date.

Placement Status: The current Placement status. Updates dynamically when the list refreshes.
Approving or Rejecting a Change Request from the List
To approve or reject a change request directly from the list, click the Change Request ID. Approving the change request updates the placement with the requested changes.
