Checking the Bullhorn System Status

Bullhorn has a public web site that provides you with information for incidents, site availability, and maintenance windows for all of Bullhorn's applications (e.g., CRM, Back Office). To access this site, go to http://status.bullhorn.com. You can also subscribe to updates to receive status information via email, SMS, or RSS.

Status Definitions

The status of each Bullhorn application (e.g., CRM, Back Office) is listed by cluster (when applicable).

  • Operational: Applications are operating normally.
  • Degraded Performance: Some users may be experiencing slowness/errors in the application.
  • Partial Outage: Some users may not be able to log into the application.
  • Major Outage: The application is completely down.
  • Scheduled Maintenance: Bullhorn is performing system maintenance in the near future (the date and timeframe will be listed).

To subscribe to these updates via email or SMS

  1. At the top of the site's page, click
  2. Click the mail or phone icon and enter your email address or mobile phone number respectively.
  3. Select the Subscribe Via... button to continue.
  4. On the notifications page, expand each section and uncheck the check boxes for the clusters/products for which you do not want to receive updates.
    • To determine which cluster you are on, look at the beginning of your Bullhorn URL. That number after “https://cls” is the cluster number that your company is on.​
  5. Click Update Preferences.
