Configuration Requirements for Standard Reports

You should configure certain settings and fields in Bullhorn with specific values for your standard reports to accurately pull and display information about your business. If you choose not to make these changes, some report fields may not display values.

If your company uses multiple private labels, you must configure each private label separately. The entity titles for the primary private label always display in the reports regardless of which private label you are running the report against.

System Setting and Field Mapping Configuration Changes

The following table lists the changes that Bullhorn recommends you make to your system settings and field mappings. If you have Bullhorn Team edition, these changes must be made for you by Bullhorn Support. If you have Corporate or Enterprise edition, view the following articles for more information:

In addition, some of the reports look at the value in the Commission Recipient Recruiting system setting, to determine how you want to attribute credit for recruiter's activity, such as submissions, client submissions, and interviews:

  • Candidate Owner - Activity is credited to the person who owns the candidate, regardless of who created the activity
  • Candidate Submitter - Activity is credited to the person who added the candidate submission, regardless of who owns the candidate

Given the system setting is not available for you to change, Bullhorn Support must modify the system setting for you.

To modify a user's account

  1. From the Bullhorn Menu, select Users.
  2. Click the next to the name of the desired user.
