Setting Up Records to Export to QuickBooks

Overview

This article covers what fields in Bullhorn Back Office need to be completed in order to export invoices, timesheets, and vendor payables to QuickBooks Desktop or QuickBooks Online.

 

Invoices

Tab Field

Company

  • If each billing contact for a company is set up as a customer in QuickBooks, you can specify this for each contact on the Department tab
QuickBooks Company Name
Placement

Complete the fields in the Accounting Information section:

  • Bill Item Name
  • Account Name
  • Pay Account Name
  • Class (optional)

 

Timesheets

Company
