Status Icons when Exporting to QuickBooks
Overview
As you export invoices, timesheets, and vendor payables from Bullhorn Back Office to QuickBooks the dashboards will display different status icons for each item to let you know their progress during the export.
Statuses
- Export Queued
- Export Processing
- Processed
- Error Processing
Stuck In Processing
When exporting data to QuickBooks, you may notice that some of the items do not move past either the Pending or Processing stages even after the Web Connector has finished running. These items have become stuck in processing.
The biggest reason items will get stuck in processing is due to a communication issue between QuickBooks and the Web Connector or between the Web Connector and Bullhorn Back Office.

If you do have items stuck in processing, please contact Bullhorn Support to have the item un-processed and returned to the Approved status so you can export them to QuickBooks again.
