Job Off Limits Policy How It Works

When a candidate is flagged as Off Limits under the Job Policy below are the steps the policy will go through:

1. Users creates a Job Off Limit Policy from any of the following locations:
   • Contact list
     • For more details, see Creation Off Limits Policies Job Policy from Contact List.
   • Contact field
     • For more details, see Creation Off Limits Policies Job Policy from Contact List.
   • Off Limit Policies tab
     • For more details, see Creation Off Limits Policies Job Policy from Off Limit Policy Tab.
2. The Job Off Limits Lifecycle begins.
