My Studios: Candidates Coming off Assignments

The Candidates Coming off Assignments widget displays all active contract assignment records with an estimated end date in the specified date range.

1. Filters and workflows available in the widget:

   • Select a date range to view the Assignments that will end during that have an estimated end date within the date range.
   • Click on the Assignment Number link to view the record.
   • Select a record and click on the icon to run the Change Estimated End Date workflow for this assignment.
   • Click the preview icon to view a preview of the record.

2. The information displayed for the widget:

   • Assignment ID – the contract assignment with an estimated end date in the date range selected.
   • Candidate – person assigned to the position.
   • Job Title – the description given when the Job Order was created.
   • Estimated End Date – the original date the assignment is set to complete.

3. Click on the question mark to view the Help Tip specific to the widget.

• The estimated end date is within the specified date range
• The entity role is Contract Assignment
