My Studios: My Jobs

The my jobs widget displays all contract and direct jobs where the current user is the account manager or recruiter.

1. Filters and workflows available in the widget:

   • Select the record and click on the search Icon to run the Find Matching Candidates search.
   • Click on the Job Order Number link to view the record.

2. The information displayed for the widget:

   • Job Title – the description given when the Job Order was created.
   • Contact – the point of contact at the Client for the Job Order.
   • Client – the Client who requested the Job Order.
   • Type – the Type of Job Order (Contract or Direct)

3. Click on the question mark to view the Help Tip specific to the widget.

Data Conditions

Data Displayed

• The current user is an account manager for the job
• The job status is active or partially filled
• The job type is contract or direct
• The entity role is Contract Job or Direct Job
