My Studios: Closed Job Orders

The Closed Job Orders widget displays all job orders that were closed within the date range selected.

1. Filters and workflows available in the widget:

   • Select a date range to view the job orders that end within 30 – 180 days from the current date.
   • Click on the Job ID link to view the record.
   • Select a record and click on the search icon to run the Find Matching Candidates search.
   • Select a record and click on the other icon to run the Re-Open Job workflow.

2. The information displayed for the widget:

   • Job ID – the record number for the job order.
   • Job Title – the description given when the Job Order was created.
   • Client – the Client who requested the Job Order.
   • Closed Date – the date the order was canceled or closed.
   • Why Closed – the reason given when the Job Order was cancelled.

3. Click on the question mark to view the Help Tip specific to the widget.

Data Conditions

Data Displayed

• The job close date is within the specified date range
• The job type is Direct or Contract
• The entity role is Direct Job or Contract Job
