My Studios: My Client Interviews

The my client interviews widget displays all candidates scheduled to interview for a job within the next 30 days.

1. Filters and workflows available in the widget:

   • Select the View Everyone’s option to display pending interviews for all users.
   • Click on the Candidate Name link to view the record.
   • Click on the icon to view the actual Interview record.

2. The information displayed for the widget:

   • Candidate – the Candidate who will participate in the interview.
   • Interview With – the Contact who will conduct the interview.
   • Client – the Client who requested the Job Order.
   • Date, Time and Status – of the interview

3. Click on the question mark to view the Help Tip specific to the widget.

Data Conditions

Data Displayed

• If Search for All Client Interviews is not selected:

  • The current user is the recruiter or the account manager for the interview
• The interview type is Client Interview
• The entity role is Interview
