My Studios: My Candidate Submittals

The my candidate submittals widget displays all candidates the current user has submitted to a contract or a direct job within the past 60 days. When Candidates are created in Adapt via LinkedIn, Social Networks or InMail, the Candidate is linked to the associated Job Order.

This functionality is scheduled for a future release of Adapt.

  1. Filters and workflows available in the widget:

    All filters are linked via the AND logical. Therefore, if you select a Number of Days, Source and Role, then only those Candidates with a submittal record within the days select that ALSO match the selected Source and Role will display in the grid.

    • Select the View Everyone’s to see all Candidate Submittals.
    • Select a days radio button to see candidates submitted yesterday or today, in the last week, in the last two weeks, in the last month or in the last 2 months. Dates are based on the Submittal Date.
    • Use the Source droplist to filter the list of Candidates by Source.
    • Use the Status droplist to filter the list of Candidates by Submittal Status.
    • Use the Role droplist to filter the list of Candidates by Job Role.
    • Click on the Candidate Name link to view the Candidate record.
    • Click on the Contact Name link to view the Contact record.
    • Click on the Job ID link to view the Job Order record.
    • Click on the envelope Icon to email the Candidate.

  2. The information displayed for the widget:

    • Candidate – The Candidate who was submitted.
    • Contact – The point of contact at the Client for the Job Order.
    • Job ID – The Job Order number.
    • Job Role – Whether the job is a Contract or Direct Hire job.
    • Submittal Status – Date the Candidate was submitted.
    • Sub Status – The submittal status of the candidate on the job order.
    • Submittal Source – The Submittal Source from the Submittal record.
  3. To create search results, select one or more rows in the grid and click the search icon. This creates a search result of the records selected.

  4. Click on the question mark to view the Help Tip specific to the widget.

  • The current user is the person who submitted the candidate.
  • The entity role is Submittal
