My Studios: My Direct Placements

The my direct placements widget displays all direct placements where the current user is the account manager or recruiter.

1. Filters and workflows available in the widget:

   • Select View Everyone’s to see direct placements for all users.
   • Click on the Assignment Number link to view the placement record.
   • Select a record and click on the Icon to run the Add a Note workflow.

2. The information displayed for the widget:

   • Candidate – the person who was placed direct with the Client.
   • Client – the Client who requested assistance finding an employee.
   • Start Date – the date the Direct Placement started.
   • Fee – the amount charged to the Client for the placement.

3. Click on the question mark to view the Help Tip specific to the widget.

Data Conditions

Data Displayed

• The current user is the recruiter or the account manager for the placement
• The placement status is Active
• The entity role is Direct Assignment
