My Studios: My Candidates

The my candidates widget displays all candidates where the current user is the recruiter.

Filters and workflows available in the widget:
- Click on the drop down list to display the candidates by Talent Pool folder.
- Click on the Talent Pool Functions icon to run the Create a New Talent Pool or Add to Talent Pool workflows.
  
  If a candidate is selected in the widget, the only folders displayed in the Add to Talent Pool workflow are those in which the candidate is not already linked.
  
  When clicking the Talent Pool Functions icon, if you are in a Talent Pool Folder then you have options to add or remove the selected Candidate record to/from folders.
- Click on the Hot Candidates box to filter and display only the records you have marked as Hot.
- Click on the Candidate Name link to view the record.
- Select a Candidate and click on the Log a Call icon to run the Log a Call workflow.
- Select a Candidate and click on Find Jobs icon to run theFind Jobs workflow.
The information displayed for the widget:
- Rank – the ranking you have given to your Candidate.
- Mobile Phone – the mobile number listed for your Candidate.
- Employer – the company currently employing the candidate (if any).
- Job Category – the first Job Category listed on your Candidate’s record.
Click on the question mark to view the Help Tip specific to the widget.
