My Studios: My Internal Interviews

My internal interviews widget displays all of the current user’s candidate interviews scheduled within the next 30 days.

1. Filters and workflows available in the widget:

   • Select the View Everyone’s option to view interviews pending in the next 30 days for all users.
   • Click on the Candidate Name link to view the Candidate record.
   • Click on the icon to view the Internal Interview record.

2. The information displayed for the widget:

   • Date / Time – the date and time the interview is scheduled
   • Status – the current status of the interview.

3. Click on the question mark to view the Help Tip specific to the widget.

Data Conditions

Data Displayed

• If Search for All Internal Interviews is not selected:

  • The current user is the recruiter or the account manager for the interview
• The interview type is Internal Interview
• The entity role is Internal Interview
