Bullhorn for Salesforce Release Notes

November 2022 (2022.11 GA Release) - Package Version 6.49

Since the last general release (June 2022 Release Notes) we have been busy with the following:

Development of new and enhanced features.
Minor enhancements and bug fixes.

When upgrading to Bullhorn for Salesforce Release 2022.11 or any post-security review package, specific post deployment steps are required to ensure a smooth transition for the Org users. Contact Bullhorn Support for more information.

New and Enhanced Features

Textkernel: Job Parsing

The Job A job (vacancy, position, role) is an opening for which a customer's client needs a placement. Parser allows Bullhorn for Salesforce Orgs with a Textkernel Integration to extract Job data from documents containing job descriptions to create a Job record in the Org.

Job record fields are automatically populated with data taken from the parsed document. System Administrators can customize which Job fields (packaged or custom) the data from the job description is mapped to. Supported file types include .doc, .docx, .pdf, .txt, and .rtf.

Job Board Integration Framework

Job Board A website where open jobs are advertised Integration Framework allows Administrators to create custom solutions to take control of the job application process when candidates A person looking for a job. A candidate can also be referred to as a Job Seeker, Applicant, or Provider. apply via external job boards. When a candidate A person looking for a job. A candidate can also be referred to as a Job Seeker, Applicant, or Provider. applies to a job that has also been posted externally, an email with the applicant A person looking for a job. A candidate can also be referred to as a Job Seeker, Applicant, or Provider. details, resume, and job number is sent to Bullhorn for Salesforce, validated, and then an Application First stage of Job placement flow (Application> Submittal>Interview>Offer> Placement) record is created against the Job.
