Bullhorn Recruitment Cloud Release Notes

November 2022 (2022.11 GA Release) - Package Version 6.49

Since the last general release (June 2022 Release Notes) we have been busy with the following:

  • Development of new and enhanced features.
  • Minor enhancements and bug fixes.

When upgrading to Bullhorn Recruitment Cloud Release 2022.11 or any post-security review package, specific post deployment steps are required to ensure a smooth transition for the Org users. Contact Bullhorn Support for more information.

New and Enhanced Features

Textkernel: Job Parsing

The Job Parser allows Bullhorn Recruitment Cloud Orgs with a Textkernel Integration to extract Job data from documents containing job descriptions to create a Job record in the Org.

Job record fields are automatically populated with data taken from the parsed document. System Administrators can customize which Job fields (packaged or custom) the data from the job description is mapped to. Supported file types include .doc, .docx, .pdf, .txt, and .rtf.

Job Board Integration Framework

Job Board Integration Framework allows Administrators to create custom solutions to take control of the job application process when candidates apply via external job boards. When a candidate applies to a job that has also been posted externally, an email with the applicant details, resume, and job number is sent to Bullhorn Recruitment Cloud, validated, and then an Application record is created against the Job.

The following options have been added:

  • Reference Email Template in Task/Email Message Records
  • Use Template Name as Subject of the Task Created After Sending Email

ATS v2

  • Custom Color Code Stage Status Chevrons
  • Rejection Reason Dropdown Dependent on Candidates Stage
  • Use Standard/Custom Actions in the Candidate Bullhorn ATS
  • Move Forward Actions for Candidate Bullhorn ATS
  • Default View Configuration Option for Candidate Bullhorn ATS
  • Send Email on Rejection for Candidate Bullhorn ATS
  • Auto Switch to Table View
  • All Views: Candidates Not Visible to the Logged-In User are Filtered Out

Power Notes

  • Edit Power Notes Tasks in Power Note Feed
  • Option to Hide the New Button
  • Power Notes List Displays Task Records with Various Record Types
  • Configure Default Subject Values for Tasks

Resume Manager

  • Alternative Format Available for Select Version Dropdown

Global

  • Save Send Out Schedule v2 Record if Interview Happens on Same Day as Placement
  • Improved Error Message for Parsing of Large Size Resumes
  • New Custom Labels

  • Email Editor: Call List Emails Stuck on Sending Emails Status
  • 2020 Email Editor Registration Interview: Merge Fields Related to Events are Not Merged in the Received Email
  • Consent v2: Send Consent Button Grayed Out on Consent Page
  • Records with Incorrect Filetype
