February 2024 (2024.02.11 GA Release) - Package Version 7.52
Since the last general release (Bullhorn for Salesforce Release Notes), we have been busy with the following:
- Development of new and enhanced features.
- Minor enhancements and resolved issues.
When upgrading to this

: Default ATS Filter View
Users can now define a personal default filter on the ATS. The fields are populated automatically when the user clicks Pin next to the filter input.

: Filter ATS Filter Views
Administrators can now choose which ATS filters are visible. This enhancement makes information more streamlined, especially if your organization has a lot of filters.

: Interview Attendee Tracking
Interview The third Stage of Job application flow. This is when the recruiter sets up a job interview between Candidate and Client. Attendees tracking is a feature that is tied to Internal Interviews and Send Out The third Stage of Job application flow. This is when the recruiter sets up a job interview between Candidate and Client. Schedules. When an Internal Interview or a Send Out Schedule is created, an associated record is automatically created against your custom object. This captures details that can be used for tracking and reporting.

: Sub Statuses
Sub Statuses are additional, optional statuses that can be added to an ATS stage. These statuses give at-a-glance clarity to a candidate A person looking for a job. A candidate can also be referred to as a Job Seeker, Applicant, or Provider.'s progress inside a particular stage. Sub statuses are now available for use.

Evaluation Criteria: Import Evaluation Criteria Comments
You can now quickly integrate a customized screen flow into the Evaluate Application First stage of Job placement flow (Application> Submittal>Interview>Offer> Placement) ATS action to import Comments from existing Evaluation Criteria records.

Evaluation Criteria: Modal Field Display
You now have the option of configuring what fields are shown on the lower part of the Evaluation Criteria modal.

PowerShare for PowerNotes
PowerShare extends the functionality of the existing PowerNotes in Bullhorn for Salesforce by enabling users to quickly and efficiently share useful information across various parts of the product.

USAM: Activity Search
Find the information more relevant to you with Activity Search. This feature reduces your browsing time by searching through your most recent interactions. Focus your candidate search down to active and validated candidates A person looking for a job. A candidate can also be referred to as a Job Seeker, Applicant, or Provider. with this refined search capability. After initial setup, the Initial Population can either be done through your own methods or is currently building and testing a batch processing script that will be available in early 2024. If you would like a rough draft, let your Account Executive know.
