June 2022 (2022.06 GA Release) - Package Version 6.28.2

Since the last general release (February 2022 Release Notes) we have been busy with the following:

• Development of new and enhanced features.
• Minor enhancements and bug fixes.

New and Enhanced Features

Browse Component

Browse is a Lightning component that can be enabled on any object List View One of the three user Interfaces in ATS v2 (the others being Kanban View and Table View) and as an action for ATS v2 in Bullhorn Recruitment Cloud. The Browse component allows users to select records from a list view then review record data in a separate window. Users can then take action on those records, such as sending an email or applying to a job A job (vacancy, position, role) is an opening for which a customer's client needs a placement.

Browse is extremely customizable and can be used with the out-of-the-box configuration or with custom configuration. Browse is available with minimal configuration in these locations:

• Contacts A contact (or client contact) is the person who the recruiter is working with at a Company. In Talent Rover a Contact can be either a Client Contact or a Candidate Contact. Both types of Contacts are stored in the same object (Contact). List View
• Call List Members
• Job Board A website where open jobs are advertised Application First stage of Job placement flow (Application> Submittal>Interview>Offer> Placement) List View
• Longlist List View
• ATS v2

The previous version of Browse, part of the 2021.10 GA Release, is now deprecated and has been replaced with this version of Browse with extended features.

Minor Enhancements

The following options have been added:

2020 Email Editor

• System Administrator Rules to Exclude Email Recipients
• Replace Salesforce Email with the 2020 Email Editor on Contacts

ATS v2

• Select Stage for Apply To Other Job
• Use Custom Flows in Candidate A person looking for a job. A candidate can also be referred to as a Job Seeker, Applicant, or Provider. ATS v2
• Send Out The third Stage of Job application flow. This is when the recruiter sets up a job interview between Candidate and Client. Schedule Interviewer Usually the client/hiring manager taking part in a Job interview. A recruiter can also be an Interviewer(s) Includes Related Account Hierarchy Clients A Company is the organization where the contact works. This can also be called the Client.
• Deactivate Automatic Application History V2 Updates

Global

• Deactivate Trigger to set Client A Company is the organization where the contact works. This can also be called the Client. Status to “Past”
• Deactivate the Automatic Contact “Job Title” Update when a Closing Report Fifth Stage of Job placement flow, a Candidate that reaches the Closing Report Placement stage has been assigned to a job. In Bullhorn Recruitment Cloud, a 'Closing Report' is a record that captures all the information related to the newly filled position (name of Candidate, position, salary, start date, which recruiter gets credit for the hire etc.) is Created

Resolved Issues

These issues have been resolved:

• ATS v2: Custom Lookup Field Value on Offer The fourth Stage of Job application flow. This is when the candidate is offered the position (details about salary, locations etc are shared and candidate decides if he wants to take the job) Popup
• ATS v2 Send Out/Internal Interview The third Stage of Job application flow. This is when the recruiter sets up a job interview between Candidate and Client.: Stage Field Update in Bulk Mode
• Daxtra A Bullhorn Recruitment Cloud partner. One of the Search and Match / Resume Parsing services providers integrated with Bullhorn Recruitment Cloud Search and Match: Advance Search Filter Error
• Daxtra Search and Match: Advanced Search Filter Value Changing
• Contact Owner when Contact Created via Email Handler
