Bullhorn Recruitment Cloud Release Notes

October 2021 (2021.10 GA Release) - Package Version 5.80

Since the last general release (June 2021 Release Notes) we have been busy with the following:

• Development of new and enhanced features.
• Minor enhancements and bug fixes.

New and Enhanced Features

ATS v2: Browse Component

The Browse component provides the ability to review and take action from lists of Candidates A person looking for a job. A candidate can also be referred to as a Job Seeker, Applicant, or Provider. that have applied to a Job A job (vacancy, position, role) is an opening for which a customer's client needs a placement.. Browse is an Action When used in ATS or Search and Match UI, one of multiple actions available after user has selected a sub-set of Candidates that can be launched from ATS v2. Recruiters can:

• Review Candidates and all attached information in a separate window after selecting one from a list.
• Take actions after selection, such as sending emails.

Prerequisites

• Browse is only supported in Salesforce Lightning.
• The Org must be using ATS v2.

Configuration required.

Power Notes

Power Notes use the standard Salesforce Task object and create records with a Power Note record type as a more flexible way to log notes and memos than what is available through Salesforce Activities and Notes. Power Notes provides the ability to add notes to multiple objects using templates and includes a viewer that consolidates the notes better than the standard Salesforce Activity Timeline screen.

Power Notes tasks are visible in the Power Notes viewer rather than the Activity Timeline. Logged in users will see Power Notes they’ve created on their Tasks page.

Prerequisites

The prerequisites to use Power Notes are:

• The Org must use Bullhorn Recruitment Cloud release 2021.07 or newer
• Salesforce Lightning
• ATSv2 In Bullhorn Recruitment Cloud, the newest version of the ATS tool (Application Tracking System) data model is enabled
• Generic Lookup Component is enabled

Minor Enhancements

The following options have been added:

2020 Email Editor

• BCC Email Addresses for Outgoing Emails
• Restrict the Number of Contacts A contact (or client contact) is the person who the recruiter is working with at a Company. In Talent Rover a Contact can be either a Client Contact or a Candidate Contact. Both types of Contacts are stored in the same object (Contact). Added to a Call List Email at One Time
• Email Activity Configuration Task/Email Subject Field

ATS v2

• Reject Candidates Flow Enhancements
• Custom Actions in Salesforce Flow and Lightning Components
• Sort Order Logic in List and Kanban View The main User Interface in ATSv1 (the page that opens after a job/candidate is selected and that shows buttons, stage columns, or swimlanes, and cards). One of the three UI Views in ATS v2 (the others being List View and Table View)
• Control Available Actions for Closed Jobs A job (vacancy, position, role) is an opening for which a customer's client needs a placement.
• Kanban Card If in the context of ATS, a 'card' or 'tile' is the visual representation on the ATS board of a Candidate at various stages of the application process Contact Field Set
• Improved Performance for Quick Add > Select Candidate A person looking for a job. A candidate can also be referred to as a Job Seeker, Applicant, or Provider.
