Bullhorn Recruitment Cloud Release Notes

February 2022 (2022.02 GA Release) - Package Version 6.6.2

Since the last general release (October 2021 Release Notes) we have been busy with the following:

• Development of new and enhanced features.
• Minor enhancements and bug fixes.

New and Enhanced Features

Core Package Language Translations

Language translations in the following languages are available to Bullhorn Recruitment Cloud users:

• German (DE)
• French (FR)
• Dutch (NL)

Core product translations for these supported languages will be kept up to date by adding the translation for any new feature to the monthly releases. Bullhorn provides translation for only the Bullhorn Recruitment Cloud managed package and is not able to provide translation for any third party apps or other customization in your Org.

Document Generator

Use Document Generator to create and edit customized PDF documents based on records in your Org, such as a Contact record. System Administrators can define what information is pulled into the new document from the record and customize the look and feel so the document matches your company A Company is the organization where the contact works. This can also be called the Client.’s branding. The Document Generator component is a stand-alone package that integrates with Bullhorn Recruitment Cloud.

Add to Call List Extension

The Add To Call List extension provides the ability to add Contacts A contact (or client contact) is the person who the recruiter is working with at a Company. In Talent Rover a Contact can be either a Client Contact or a Candidate Contact. Both types of Contacts are stored in the same object (Contact). to a Call List from any object that has a lookup relation to the Contact object. This lets recruiters add Contacts to a Call List from Job A job (vacancy, position, role) is an opening for which a customer's client needs a placement. and Closing Reports by default and other objects if configured in the Org.

Textkernel: TMF Checker

A trace message format (TMF A technical term, not specific to Bullhorn Recruitment Cloud. It's a file format used in parsing.) file is a structured text file that contains instructions for parsing and formatting used to send data to Textkernel. The TMF Checker is a component used to check the data sent to Textkernel for troubleshooting or debugging issues, and while configuring the integration. TMF Checker can be added anywhere in the application by creating a tab or adding it to a page.

With the TMF Checker you can:

• Validate the format of the TMF loaded for the Org for Candidates A person looking for a job. A candidate can also be referred to as a Job Seeker, Applicant, or Provider. and Jobs A job (vacancy, position, role) is an opening for which a customer's client needs a placement..
• Capture the Candidate A person looking for a job. A candidate can also be referred to as a Job Seeker, Applicant, or Provider. or Job payload which is the Candidate or Job data sent to Textkernel for indexing.

Global

• Add Candidates to Multiple Jobs From a Call List/Contact List View One of the three user Interfaces in ATS v2 (the others being Kanban View and Table View)
• Closing Report Fifth Stage of Job placement flow, a Candidate that reaches the Closing Report Placement stage has been assigned to a job. In Bullhorn Recruitment Cloud, a 'Closing Report' is a record that captures all the information related to the newly filled position (name of Candidate, position, salary, start date, which recruiter gets credit for the hire etc.) Mapping Custom Metadata Type Enhancements
