June 2023 (2023.06 GA Release) - Package Version 6.78.1
Since the last general release (February 2023 Release Notes) we have been busy with the following:
- Development of new and enhanced features.
- Minor enhancements and resolved issues.
When upgrading to

: Long Lists
You can now have long listed Candidates A person looking for a job. A candidate can also be referred to as a Job Seeker, Applicant, or Provider. appear in the User In Salesforce terminology, this is anybody that has login access to an instance. In BH4SF instances, usually the staff of recruiting companies Interface and move them to the application stage with a simple action.

Executive Search and Specialized Recruitment: Release 1
A set of new features has been added to the core product for customers wanting to use
to manage hiring processes for Executive Search recruitment. Some of these features can also offer value to non-Executive Search customers.The 2023.06 release offers seven new functionalities:
- Account Based Employment History
- Target Accounts A business entity/company and Account Lists
- Job A job (vacancy, position, role) is an opening for which a customer's client needs a placement. Roles A job (vacancy, position, role) is an opening for which a customer's client needs a placement.
- Team Members Credits
- Job Billing
- Related Jobs A job (vacancy, position, role) is an opening for which a customer's client needs a placement.
- Off Limits
Minimal configuration is required and each feature will continue to be updated and enhanced in future releases. See Executive Search Configuration Guide and Executive Search User Guide for more information.
Managed Permission Sets
The Unmanaged Recruiter Permission Sets have been replaced with Managed Permission Sets following a Permission Set Review. The Managed Permissions Set includes most of the permissions previously available in the Unmanaged Recruiter Permission Set.
Managed Permission Sets are related to product features. You can assign permission sets to your users based on the functionalities they need access to, or create Permission Set Groups by adding together all the permission sets that are required for a specific role A job (vacancy, position, role) is an opening for which a customer's client needs a placement..

Minor Enhancements
The following options have been added:
- Interview The third Stage of Job application flow. This is when the recruiter sets up a job interview between Candidate and Client. Cancellation Reason Dropdown
- New Cancel Interview Setting
- Option to Send a Single Email for a Mass Rejection
- Registration Interview: Default Values for Type and Duration
- Reject/Unreject Modal: Copy To All Button
Call Lists
- Bulk Mode Supported for New Application First stage of Job placement flow (Application> Submittal>Interview>Offer> Placement) Action When used in ATS or Search and Match UI, one of multiple actions available after user has selected a sub-set of Candidates from Call List Members
- Call List Members Related List: Option to Disable Select All Call List Members
- Candidate A person looking for a job. A candidate can also be referred to as a Job Seeker, Applicant, or Provider. Marketed Related List
- Prevent Duplication of Call List Name When Creating a New Call List from Add To Call List Modal
- Status Field added to Call Lists A Mass Mailing tool that's used to mass mail a list of candidates or clients
Various
- Control if Closing Report Fifth Stage of Job placement flow, a Candidate that reaches the Closing Report Placement stage has been assigned to a job. In BH4SF, a 'Closing Report' is a record that captures all the information related to the newly filled position (name of Candidate, position, salary, start date, which recruiter gets credit for the hire etc.) is Counted Towards a Job’s Number of Openings
- Core Package Update: Salesforce Enhanced Domain Enforcement
- Daxtra A BH4SF partner. One of the Search and Match / Resume Parsing services providers integrated with BH4SF Search & Match: New Advanced Search Column
- Global Aura Component for Contacts A contact (or client contact) is the person who the recruiter is working with at a Company. In Talent Rover a Contact can be either a Client Contact or a Candidate Contact. Both types of Contacts are stored in the same object (Contact).
- Power Notes: Event A Salesforce term used to describe an activity that involves invitations being sent out and calendar appointments being made. Activity Type Now Supported
- Power Notes: Subject Enhancements
- Resume Parse Used in relation to resume. It's the act of uploading a resume file into a BH4SF instance while in the background the candidate data is broken down and indexed so it becomes searchable in Search and Match tool. Mapping: Conditional Override

Resolved Issues
These issues have been resolved:
- : "Copy to All" Does Not Copy Interview Time on Other Internal Interview Records
- Kanban View The main User Interface in ATSv1 (the page that opens after a job/candidate is selected and that shows buttons, stage columns, or swimlanes, and cards).
