October 2023 (2023.10 GA Release) - Package Version 7.16
Since the last general release (June 2023 Release Notes), we have been busy with the following:
- Development of new and enhanced features.
- Minor enhancements and resolved issues.
When upgrading to

Off Limits
Off Limits allows you to mark Contacts A contact (or client contact) is the person who the recruiter is working with at a Company. In Talent Rover a Contact can be either a Client Contact or a Candidate Contact. Both types of Contacts are stored in the same object (Contact). and Accounts A business entity/company that should not to be targeted for candidate A person looking for a job. A candidate can also be referred to as a Job Seeker, Applicant, or Provider. searches for legal, strategic or reputational reasons as "Off Limits".

ATS Candidate Ranking
You can now classify candidates A person looking for a job. A candidate can also be referred to as a Job Seeker, Applicant, or Provider. into Rank groups is a way of facilitating conversations internally and with the client A Company is the organization where the contact works. This can also be called the Client.. The rank can be added to ATS as a number, text, or icon.

Job Evaluation Criteria
Job A job (vacancy, position, role) is an opening for which a customer's client needs a placement. Evaluation Criteria is now available for use. This criteria used to help evaluate a Candidate’s suitability for a Job. They are specific to the Job they are created for.

Job Milestones
Milestones can now be created against a Job to represent various steps to be completed within the lifespan of the Job. Each Milestone can be assigned a Due Date and an Owner so work can be planned and delegated ahead of time.

Team Members, Team Roles, and Credits
In order to allow an association between users, their contribution to a Job and the credit they receive for that contribution, we have added Team Member and Team Role A job (vacancy, position, role) is an opening for which a customer's client needs a placement. objects to the package. They are related to the existing Team Member Credit object.
