Bullhorn Recruitment Cloud Release Notes

February 2023 (2023.02 GA Release) - Package Version 6.56.2

Since the last general release (November 2022 Release Notes) we have been busy with the following:

  • Development of new and enhanced features.
  • Minor enhancements and bug fixes.

When upgrading to Bullhorn Recruitment Cloud Release 2023.02 or any post-security review package, specific post deployment steps are required to ensure a smooth transition for the Org users. Contact Bullhorn Support for more information.

New and Enhanced Features

ATS v2 Performance Enhancements

A number of performance enhancements to ATS v2 are available with the 2023.02 GA Release. The enhancements include multiple User Interface (UI) changes and backend improvements to make ATS v2 quicker and more responsive. These updates achieve better overall performance and a more consistent user experience across the three ATS v2 Views and between ATS v2 for Jobs and ATS v2 for Candidates.

With the enhanced LWS-based ATS v2 being generally available with this release, please note that going forward any new functionality added to the ATS will be supported and tested for LWS-based ATS v2 only.

Bullhorn Recruitment CloudJob Posting

Bullhorn Recruitment Cloud Job Posting is used to create postings in different languages and versions to job boards. The Posting functionality is used on the Job record page via the tab Job Posting. The Bullhorn Recruitment Cloud Posting component is a stand-alone package that integrates with Bullhorn Recruitment Cloud.

System administrators can configure the posting form and define which fields will be posted externally. A connector can integrate the Bullhorn Recruitment Cloud Posting package to a Job Board or website.

  • Add To Call List Action Available from Longlist Records and Longlist Related List on Job Records
  • Logic Added to Prevent Duplicate Longlist and Applicationv2 Records
  • New Buttons on Call List Members Screen

Daxtra Search & Match

  • Recalculate Order of Candidates in Search Results

Resume Parsing

  • New Popup for Managing Duplicates
  • Option to Delete Resume in Resume Manager

Global

  • New Custom Labels

Resolved Issues

These issues have been resolved:

  • ATS v2: Offer Popup Not Showing Job Name
  • ATS v2 Send Out/Internal Interview: Incomplete Subject Line of the ICS File Invite
  • Method Not Automatically Deleting TR1__Document_Session__c Records
  • Textkernel Indexing: Unnecessary Delete Request Created
