June 2024 (2024.06.8 GA Release) - Package Version 7.83.1
Since the last general release (Bullhorn for Salesforce Release Notes), we have been busy with the following:

Action Button on Posting Form
For a more streamlined workflow, we have given users the flexibility to add an action button to the Posting Form. An example of when this would be useful is calling out to an AI service for assisted population of the Job A job (vacancy, position, role) is an opening for which a customer's client needs a placement. Advert. This feature is enabled through an unmanaged connector class.

: Internal Interview Schedule Dynamic
Administrators are now able to dynamically display the fields within the Internal Interview Schedule This is the record that captures the details of the interview set up (day, time, address, etc) fieldset. This allows administrators to dynamically determine which fields are hidden and/or required.

: Interviews Send Out Schedule Dynamic Fields
To control fields on the modal window, adjust Internal Interview Schedule Form fieldset on Send Out The third Stage of Job application flow. This is when the recruiter sets up a job interview between Candidate and Client. Schedule v2 object.

Custom Actions on Mass Offer Grid
We’ve added a new custom actions option on the Mass Offer The fourth Stage of Job application flow. This is when the candidate is offered the position (details about salary, locations etc are shared and candidate decides if he wants to take the job) Grid view. This enhancement allows clients A Company is the organization where the contact works. This can also be called the Client. to take the values in the grid view, perform custom logic on these values, and repopulate the fields based on this logic.

Document Generator: Configure Templates per Object
To ensure the template fits each brand's requirements, the Document Generator (DocGen) now offers flexible configuration options.

Document Generator: Configure Languages per Template
To allow for greater flexibility, the Document Generator has been updated with the ability to configure the template language for each specific country. We have added a picklist with the ability to select the language into which the preview of the document will be translated.

Document Generator: Configure Layout Field Visibility
For added flexibility, the Document Generator has been updated with the ability to configure field visibility in Layout.

Job Contact Popover
We’ve streamlined the Contact in Job ATS by adding a popover. When you hover over the Contact name, a popover will appear, detailing out the Contact’s related details.
The security context of Apex has been enhanced and now users should have ATSv2 In BH4SF, the newest version of the ATS tool (Application Tracking System) permission set to get ATS_Config_per_Job_Record_Type__mdt and access the Job ATS.

Off Limit Policy: Job
When recruiters engage in paid executive search work for a client A Company is the organization where the contact works. This can also be called the Client., they may want to use off limits to protect a limited set of the client’s executives from various activities during the current engagement. The Job Off Limits policy allows only selected employees to be protected via off limits. This selection permits any of the other employees in that company A Company is the organization where the contact works. This can also be called the Client. to be contacted.

Off Limit Policy: Successful Candidate
Candidates A person looking for a job. A candidate can also be referred to as a Job Seeker, Applicant, or Provider. placed in Jobs A job (vacancy, position, role) is an opening for which a customer's client needs a placement. typically are no longer looking for work. To save you time, we’ve created the Successful Candidate A person looking for a job. A candidate can also be referred to as a Job Seeker, Applicant, or Provider. Off Limit Policy to remove these candidates from your search results.
