June 2020 (2020.06 GA Release) - Package Version 5.19

Since the last general release (2020.02 GA Release) we have been busy with the following:

New and Enhanced Features

2020 Email Editor

The 2020 Email Editor addresses the limitations of the current editor and provides a consistent user experience. This email editor component leverages Salesforce's CKEditor version 4.11.2. The 2020 Email Editor uses Amazon SES as a default when sending email, however this can be configured to send emails through Salesforce instead. To find out how to do this check out the User In Salesforce terminology, this is anybody that has login access to an instance. The 2020 Email Editor is integrated on the following email pages:

• Call List - Standard and Candidate A person looking for a job. A candidate can also be referred to as a Job Seeker, Applicant, or Provider. Marketing
• Resume Manager - Share CV
• Long List Name of a Bullhorn Recruitment Cloud custom object. It 'captures' Candidates that look like a good match for a Job, before the actual hiring process begins. It's like a list of potential candidates
• Registration Interview The third Stage of Job application flow. This is when the recruiter sets up a job interview between Candidate and Client.
• Job Lead Name of Bullhorn Recruitment Cloud custom object. It stores details about a Job position not yet advertised or confirmed by a potential Client. Once the Client agrees to use the recruiter's services to fill the open position, then a Job Lead can be converted into Job record. Email
• Email from TextkernelSearch and Match results page
• ATS v2 - Send Email, Internal Interview, Send Out The third Stage of Job application flow. This is when the recruiter sets up a job interview between Candidate and Client. Schedule, and Submit With Email

Prerequisites

• Salesforce Lightning is enabled
• Optional: To use this with ATS v2 email pages your Org needs to have the ATS v2 data model.
• Optional: To use this from the Search and Match email page your Org needs to have the Textkernel Search and Match Integration.

Minimal configuration required.

Email Signature

With the new Email Signature feature, System Administrators will be able to easily administer a single, global, consistent style for HTML signatures in seconds. System Administrators will also be able to:

• Define more sophisticated logic to merge data into emails.
• Define an additional field and manipulate the signatures via data loader to support seasonal marketing campaigns and messaging.
• Define a signature template at the Org level or allow Users to create their own signature.

Prerequisites

• The 2020 Email Editor is enabled.
• Salesforce Lightning is enabled
• Optional: To use this with ATS v2 email pages your Org needs to have the ATS v2 data model.
• Optional: To use this from the Search and Match email page your Org needs to have the Textkernel Search and Match Integration.

Resume Manager: Editing and Formatting Enhancements

The Resume Manager 5 upgrade improves the success rate when editing and formatting resumes, especially PDF resumes.

The resume editor was originally designed to edit Word files, and the functionality was extended to include support for PDF files through conversion from PDF to Word. Various issues related to editing or applying templates in Document Editor, including inconsistent formatting, misalignment, and missing text were reported. This upgrade addresses those issues.

The Resume Manager upgrade is being gradually rolled out beginning July 1, 2020. Please contact Support for more details about trying the upgraded Resume Manager.

Minor Enhancements

• Global: Core package triggers can be deactivated at an Org, User, and Profile level.
• ATS v2: Align behavior between Job A job (vacancy, position, role) is an opening for which a customer's client needs a placement. and Candidate views when a Job Status equals Closed.
• ATS v2: Offer The fourth Stage of Job application flow. This is when the candidate is offered the position (details about salary, locations etc are shared and candidate decides if he wants to take the job) data entry page enhancements.
• ATS v2: Send Out Schedule and Internal Interview - Copy to All button can customize what is copied.
• Global: TR1 package code base supports API API, or Application Programming Interface, is used by customers to create custom career portals or to take advantage of Data Mirror/DataMart. Bullhorn prefers to use REST API. v48.
• Daxtra A Bullhorn Recruitment Cloud partner. One of the Search and Match / Resume Parsing services providers integrated with Bullhorn Recruitment Cloud: Fix for Error 411 when parsing resumes.

Sunsetting Features

Please note that all of our new developments going forward will be for Salesforce Lightning only, unless stated otherwise. We are NOT withdrawing support for Salesforce Classic.
