Bulk Upload Users

Admins are able to bulk upload a user list using this functionality to create active users. This reduces the manual labor involved with creating users individually.

Utilizing the Bulk Uploader

Admin users should follow these steps to upload user files:

• Navigate to Configurations > Settings > Users

• Select Bulk Upload The Admin ability to bulk add Users or Locations via a CSV file. User upload requires email, first name, last name, location, and role type; ATS User ID optional. Location upload requires name, country, address, city, state, zip, phone number, email, time zone, URL code, and date format Users

Uploading with Manually Add

• On the Bulk Upload Users page click on + ADD USER

• Enter the information for the user. The following fields are required:

  • Valid email address

  • First name

  • Last name

  • Location A branch of the Company, which can be customized with a logo and brand colors

  • Role type

• Repeat the process for all the users to be added

• Select CREATE AND ACTIVATE USERS

  • This button is disabled until all the user rows are completed with the required information.

  • A descriptive error will appear to assist admins to fix any issues before uploading to the account.

• Each user is validated and created in the system, created in Auth0, and linked back to Auth0 in the system.

Uploading with CSV

Admins must download the CSV template to use when uploading users with this method. This can be download from the link in the Instructions at the top of the page or by clicking on the Download Template CSV button above the table.

A link to download a list of Location codes and User Type codes can be found in Instructions at the top of the page.

• Enter the information for the users on the CSV. The following fields are required:

  • Valid email address

  • First name

  • Last name

  • Location

  • Role type

• On the Bulk Upload Users page click on UPLOAD CSV to populate the table.

• Select CREATE AND ACTIVATE USERS

  • This button is disabled until all the user rows are completed with the required information.

  • A descriptive error will appear to assist admins to fix any issues before uploading to the account.

• Each user is validated and created in the system, created in Auth0, and linked back to Auth0 in the system.
