I-9 Section 2 Correction - Admin Experience

Admin users can view the Audit Trail for any Section 2 correction and confirm that the correction feature is enabled in System Settings.

Audit Trail

The Audit Trail is available for administrators under ApplicantClosed (or Candidate or Talent) Customer talent - the person applying or hired for the job > Audit Trail. The following correction events are recorded:

  • Initiation
  • Access
  • Completion
  • Cancelation

Changes are also recorded in the I-9Closed Form I-9 to verify the identity and employment authorization of individuals hired for employment in the United States. Audit Record. All versions of the I-9 (original and all signed corrections) are available to be retrieved if needed by USCIS.
