Bullhorn Time and Expense Mobile App 2.0

Overview

The Bullhorn Time and Expense Mobile App has been rewritten with up to date branding and employee experience. This mobile app is an update to the existing “Peoplenet Mobile” in the Google Play and App Stores. The newest feature is the support for the multiple swimlanes that Bullhorn Time & Expense has in its Production environment. The candidate will need their 4 digit client code (ABCD, WXYZ, LMNO, etc) upon upgrading to this new version. The candidate will use this client code to route to the correct swimlane.

Install

To download the app, navigate to the Google Play or App Store and search for “BTE Mobile”.

Employee Log In

When the employee first opens the app, they will see the following screen. The client code is the four digit staffing agency identifier. This is unique for each staffing agency. If a user does not know what this is, they can call Bullhorn Support.

Once the user has selected their staffing agency, they will not need to change this for the duration of their assignment. The app will remember this information along with the user’s login information, even after closing the app.

If the user needs to change to a different environment or staffing agency, in the Menu icon, click on Reset Application. The user will see the following message. This will reset the application back to the original state, where they will re-enter the staffing agency ID.
