Single User Mode

Overview

Employees that have completed registration may logon as a single user to record time or change account settings. Depending on your configuration, you may be able to switch to Multiple User Mode or Mobile Clock Fix Punch.

You will remain logged in to Bullhorn Time and Expense Mobile until you log out manually.

Steps

  1. On the Mobile Clock login screen, enter either the email address or mobile number you entered during registration.
  2. Enter your PIN.
    • Your PIN is typically the last 4 digits of your SSN/SIN.

  3. Choose the clock group (client group) you want to use for your punches.
    • Your mobile punches will continue being assigned to this clock group until you change it or log out.

  4. Select the clock site you want to use for your punches.
    • Your mobile punches will continue being assigned to the site you choose unless you change it or log out.

  5. Choose the department to which your punches will be assigned.
    • Your mobile punches will be assigned to this department unless you change it or log out.

  6. If prompted, allow location services.
    • If you decline this service, your punches may not be recorded or sent to Bullhorn Time & Expense.
    • Your location is only tracked when using the app.

  7. After logon, you can Punch In or Punch Out or change account settings.

Device Offline

If your mobile device is offline, you will not be able to access your account or record punches. Your device may be offline for several reasons including, but not limited to, poor cellular or Wi-Fi coverage.

Try moving to a different area or check your connection settings.
