Changing the Default Columns on the List View

Changing what columns appear on a tearsheet, or for lists on records or full list views is a great way to customize Bullhorn for your needs. These instructions will help you to accomplish that.


  1. From your Bullhorn Menu, select View Layout.
    • S-Release: From the Tools menu, select View Layout.
  2. If necessary, select the name of the Private Label.
  3. Select the Field Map Entity.
    • If you are changing the columns on the job list, select the first job entity.
    • If necessary, select the List tab.
  4. In the Default Columns section of the List tab, use the arrows to move fields between the Include In View and Exclude From View sections.
  5. Click Save.

Note: The following fields listed under each entity will always appear when a user resets their columns to the default view, even if they have been removed from the Include in View tab in the View Layout:

Candidates

  • ID

  • Score

  • Name

Contacts

  • ID

  • Name

Vacancies

  • ID

  • Job Title

  • Shortlists/Submissions

Placements

  • ID

  • Vacancy Client/Billing Contact
