Changing the Default Fields on the Overview Tab

The Overview tab is customized within Admin > View Layout. Follow the steps below to customize the card:

  1. Select the desired Private Label and Field Map Entity from the drop-down list.
  2. Click the Overview tab.
  3. Give each card a descriptive title.
  4. Use the arrow buttons to add or remove the fields you want to display on the card to the Include in View section.

  5. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save to confirm your changes.

Individual users may elect to adjust card locations on the record overview by dragging and dropping the cards to their layout. This feature is sticky and does not impact the layout of other users.
