Customizing Record Cards

In Bullhorn Novo, you're able to customize cards and add them to the Overview tab of your records. You're also able to customize the Details card that appears on the Overview tab of records.

The Details card is the only card that you can customize on placement records.

  • Your users will not be able to remove or add any customizeable overview cards, but can place the cards where desired on the record overview.

  • The cards will show you their title, if configured. Otherwise, you will see an info icon that identifies the card when you hover over it.

  • Your users will be able to add, remove, and rearrange the standard overview cards such as Open Tasks, Resume, Notes, etc.

  1. From your Bullhorn Menu, navigate to Admin > View Layout.

  2. Select the desired entity.

  3. Select Overview Tab.

  4. Give the card a name.

  5. Add the desired fields to the Include In View section.

  6. Click Save.

The customized card will now display on the Overview tab for all of your users.

 


Customizing the Details Card

  1. From your Bullhorn Menu, navigate to Admin > View Layout.
  2. Select the desired entity.
  3. Select Profile Record.

  4. Add the desired fields to the Include In View section underneath Profile - Right Side Bar.

  5. Click Save.

After saving, you may need to log out and back in to see the changes made to the Details card.
