Changing the Default Fields on the Preview Slideout

Fields with the following edit types cannot be displayed in the Preview Slideout:
  • Custom External Control
  • Text Block Large
  • DHTML Editor
  • DHTML Editor - No Toolbar

Steps for Entities Other than Contacts

To update fields for Contacts, please follow the separate process below.

For all other entities:

  1. From your Bullhorn go to Menu > Admin > View Layout.​

  2. If necessary, from the Private Label drop-down, select the name of the private label.

  3. From the Field Map Entity drop-down, select the entity.

  4. Select the List tab if this is not already selected.

  5. In the Slideout Details section, use the arrows to move fields into and out of view.

  6. Save to confirm your changes.

The Submission entity does not have the Slideout Details section within View Layout, and thus the fields appearing in the Preview Slideout for that entity cannot be modified.

Steps for Contacts

  1. From your Bullhorn go to Menu > Admin > Field Mappings.

  2. Expand the section for Contact List.

  3. For your desired fields, ensure that you have:

    • Unchecked the Hidden box.

    • Checked the Show in Expanded View box.

    • Selected a Sort Order with a unique number between 2000-2999.

  4. Save to confirm your changes.
