Displaying Record IDs in Bullhorn

Displaying Record ID Numbers in the Bowling Alley

1. From your Bullhorn Menu, select View Layout.

   • S-Release: Navigate to Menu > Tools > View Layout

   

2. Select the desired entity.
   

3. Select Profile Record.

4. Under Profile - Header, add ID (userID) to Include in View.

5. Click Save.
   

After saving, the record ID numbers will display within the bowling alley for the selected entity.

• If you want to display the ID numbers within the bowling alley for other entities, you'll need to repeat the above steps on each additional entity.
