Changing Which Fields Can be Searched or Filtered

Changing this will affect:

Columns drop-down on list views

Additional Criteria drop-down on search screens

1. From your Bullhorn Menu select View Layout.
   • S-Release: From the Tools menu select View Layout.

   

2. If necessary, from the Private Label drop-down, select the name of the private label.
3. From the Field Map Entity drop-down, select the entity.
   • If you have opportunity or job tracks set up, make sure you select the correct track.

   

4. Select the Search tab.
   
5. In the Searchable Fields section, use the arrows to move fields between the Include In View and Exclude From View sections.
   
6. Click Save.
