Changing a User's Private Labels
Learn how to update the private labels assigned to a user in Bullhorn. You can add or remove users from existing private labels directly from the Users page. To create a new private label or rename an existing one, contact Bullhorn Support.

You'll need Admin-level access to complete these steps.
Change a User’s Private Labels

Go to Menu > Admin > Users.

Click the pencil icon
next to the user. -
Under Account Information, select the required Private Label.

Select any Additional Private Labels as needed.

Click Save.
Each private label must always have at least one user with it set as their primary label. If no primary user is assigned to a private label, you’ll need to contact Bullhorn Support to restore access to that private label.
