Adding an Image to Bullhorn Email Signature

Images that you want to include in your Bullhorn email signature will need to be hosted online. After your image is uploaded to the internet and you have the image URL, you may follow the below steps to add the image to your default Bullhorn email signature. This article also contains steps on linking an image to an external website.

Note: The recipient’s email client can impact whether or not your images are displayed.


Adding an Image to Your Default Bullhorn Email Signature

From your Bullhorn Menu select User Preferences.

  • S-Release: From your Bullhorn Menu navigate to Home and select Preferences.

Scroll to the Email Settings section and locate the Default Message Signature field.

The Image Properties window will now open.

Paste your image URL in the URL field.

You may want to link images in your signature to an external website, such as your company's LinkedIn page.

Select the Link tab.

Paste the external URL that you want your image to link to in the URL field.

Select OK.

You have successfully added an image to your default email signature in Bullhorn.

Your image will link to the external URL when the recipient selects it.
