Off Limits Policies Successful Candidate Closing Report

If Successful Candidate A person looking for a job. A candidate can also be referred to as a Job Seeker, Applicant, or Provider. Off Limit policy is configured/enabled in the Org, admin users can add the following Successful Candidate policy fields to the Closing Report Fifth Stage of Job placement flow, a Candidate that reaches the Closing Report Placement stage has been assigned to a job. In Bullhorn Recruitment Cloud, a 'Closing Report' is a record that captures all the information related to the newly filled position (name of Candidate, position, salary, start date, which recruiter gets credit for the hire etc.) page layout.

1. Navigate to Setup > Object Manager  
2. In the row for Closing Report, click the dropdpown and select Edit.
3. Click Page Layout.
4. In the row for your desired page layout, click the dropdpown and select Edit.
5. From the Fields section, drag and drop the following fields to the Closing Report Detail section:
   
   • Extend to Job A job (vacancy, position, role) is an opening for which a customer's client needs a placement.'s Account Hierarchy

   • Include Billing Account Hierarchy

   • Off Limits Duration

   • Withheld

6. Click Save.
