Off Limits Policies Successful Candidate Lifecycle
Creation
The Policy Start Date is the Closing Report Fifth Stage of Job placement flow, a Candidate that reaches the Closing Report Placement stage has been assigned to a job. In BH4SF, a 'Closing Report' is a record that captures all the information related to the newly filled position (name of Candidate, position, salary, start date, which recruiter gets credit for the hire etc.)'s Created Date.
The Off Limit Policies for Successful Candidates A person looking for a job. A candidate can also be referred to as a Job Seeker, Applicant, or Provider. are only triggered when the Withheld checkbox is not checked during the creation of the Closing Report. Duration
The candidate stays Off Limits for the period defined by Start of Assignment A Job position plus the Duration.
Disable
The following events can result in the Off Limit Line Item being disabled before the original expiry date:

The End Date is manually changed on the policy

The Off Limit Line Item is manually disabled

The Candidate’s current Account no longer matches the Job A job (vacancy, position, role) is an opening for which a customer's client needs a placement./Closing Report’s Account that the policy was created for

This could extend to the whole Job’s Account hierarchy and also to the whole Job’s Billing Account hierarchy.

Expiry
Once the Successful Candidate policy and Off Limit Line Items are created for the Candidate, the Off Limit constraint will be effective until the policy expiry date is reached.
