ATS v2: Sub Statuses

Sub Statuses are additional, optional statuses that can be added to an ATS stage. These statuses give clarity to a candidate A person looking for a job. A candidate can also be referred to as a Job Seeker, Applicant, or Provider.'s progress inside that particular stage.
