ATS Not Sorting by Stage Progress

You may now sort by stage progress.

Clickable Email Address in Modals

We’ve removed the clickable HTML links when using the Quick Add, Add to Job A job (vacancy, position, role) is an opening for which a customer's client needs a placement., and Generic Lookup. This change was added for the client A Company is the organization where the contact works. This can also be called the Client.’s data security since it pulled their users out of BH4SF and allowed them to easily use other email providers, such as Gmail.

Convert to Application Back Button Not Working

The Back button now moves a user back when working on the Convert to Application First stage of Job placement flow (Application> Submittal>Interview>Offer> Placement) page.

Editable Read Only Dependent Picklists

Dependent picklists will now stay Read Only when designated as such.

Incorrect Date Displayed in Interview Scheduler

The Interview The third Stage of Job application flow. This is when the recruiter sets up a job interview between Candidate and Client. Scheduler now accurately displays dates when editing the same interview in the GMT+0 time zone or other locales with significant time differences.

French Picklist Values Not Translated in Saved Document

Picklist values will now be translated appropriately in French in all areas, including Saved Document.

Fields Order Incorrect in Apply Override Settings

Fields will be displayed in the correct order in the Info area on the Document Generator component when the Apply Override Settings setting is enabled.

Lock Malfunctioning on Email Templates

The locked section of the template in the Email Editor will no longer allow users to edit it.

Move to Stage ATS Action Controls Most ATS Action Buttons

The Move to Stage ATS Action When used in ATS or Search and Match UI, one of multiple actions available after user has selected a sub-set of Candidates Configuration metadata now only controls the Move Back and Move Forward buttons.

Off Limits Checkpoint Dates Display Wrong Format

The Off Limits Checkpoint will now supply date formats that are consistent with the locale settings of the logged-in user.

API Callout Contains Null Value

We have changed the event type, so pressing “Confirm” will now close the Browse Rejection window.

Candidate location markers will now appear in the USAM Map functionality.

Default Checkbox Enablement for Data Entry Pages

Checkboxes placed on the data entry page in custom stages will remain unchecked if that is the default behavior configured in the Org.

When you attempt to add a duplicate entry into the Account Member's Related List, you will now receive an error message and be prevented from adding duplicate entries.

We’ve added a missing field to the resume search record. Tag cloud counts are now accurate.

Incorrect Stage Name Displayed for Data Entry Pages

The correct stage name will now display after creating data entry pages for custom stages.

Other Skills Not Editable in Job Skills

We’ve added logic to allow Other Skills to be editable from the Job Tab.

Power Note/Power Share Template Overwrites Description

When entering new information into the Power Note/Power Share description, the data will now be retained, even if it had been prepopulated with information from a template.
