Send Email on Call List Misses Candidates When Using Alternative Email Functionality

When emailing call list members using the alternative email functionality, recipients are now included in the email if they have at least one populated email field, whether it's the default or an alternative email field.

Inclusion Criteria

A member will be included in the email if at least one of the following fields is populated:

  • Default Email Field
    • Standard Call Lists: Defined in Custom Settings > Talent Rover Properties > Standard Call List Email Field (defaults to Email if blank).
    • Candidate Marketing Call Lists: Defined in Custom Settings > Talent Rover Properties > Candidate Mktg Call List Email Field (defaults to Email if blank).
    • Override: Can be overridden at the Call List record level via the Call List Email Field.
  • Alternative Email Fields: Defined in Custom Settings > Email Editor Settings > Alternative Contact Email Fields.

Exclusion Criteria

Only members with all these fields blank will be excluded from the email send.
