Incorrect Off Limits Icon showing in ATS

We resolved an issue where Off Limits icons displayed incorrect behavior indicators when multiple policies with different behavior types (block/warn) were applied to the same candidate A person looking for a job. A candidate can also be referred to as a Job Seeker, Applicant, or Provider.. Previously, the icon was based only on the highest-ranked policy's behavior, even if that policy exempted the candidate. The icons now correctly reflect the appropriate policy behavior that applies to the candidate's Off Limits status.

Send Email: Activities Now Created when Sending Bulk Emails

A previous issue where activities were not created when sending emails from ATSv2 In Bullhorn Recruitment Cloud, the newest version of the ATS tool (Application Tracking System) to over 100 recipients has been resolved. This was due to a Salesforce limitation of 100 HTTP callouts per transaction, resulting in a 403 Forbidden error. The code has been updated to split records into multiple jobs, bypassing this limit. No configuration is needed.

Sorting by Date/Time fields not working in ATS

We resolved a bug where sorting Date/Time columns in ATSv2 did not work after a recent release upgrade. No configuration is required.

Date Formula Fields Not Formatted Correctly

Date-based formula fields will now render as properly formatted date values.
