October 2025 Release: Candidate Data Editor Resolved Issues

October 2025 (2025.10 GA Release - Package Version 9.21)

Upload Modal Size

In the Upload Resume workflow, we resolved an issue where the Upload Resume modal size changed unexpectedly when users interacted with the Modal.

Previously, when uploading a resume using the CandidateClosed A person looking for a job. A candidate can also be referred to as a Job Seeker, Applicant, or Provider. Data Editor upload action and selecting "No" for ConsentClosed In Bullhorn Recruitment Cloud, Consent is used in the context of GDPR or similar data privacy processes. Candidates or Clients are usually asked to consent to the storage or sharing of their personal data. Granted, the modal window would shrink or change size, creating an inconsistent user experience across all areas where this upload action is used.

The modal window now maintains a consistent size throughout the resume upload workflow, regardless of Consent Granted selections.

Other Candidate Documents

In the Resume Manager, we resolved an issue where uploading non-resume documents incorrectly triggered the Edit Parsed Resume flow.

Non-resume documents now upload in the background without triggering the Edit Parsed Resume flow, and users remain on the Contact page after upload.

Users Can Select Multiple Applications When Uploading a Resume

In the Upload Resume workflow, we resolved an issue where users could select multiple applications when uploading a resume in ATSv2Closed In Bullhorn Recruitment Cloud, the newest version of the ATS tool (Application Tracking System) and OmnitableClosed Generic/reusable component that can be added to pages to show a fully configurable/customizable list of records and actions..

Previously, when users selected multiple applications and performed the Upload Resume action, the system did not display a warning message and would upload the resume only to the first selected application without notifying the user.

The system now displays an error message preventing users from uploading resumes when multiple applications are selected, ensuring clarity about which application will receive the uploaded document.
