Email Opt-Out: When Recipient Clicks On An Opt-0ut Preferences Link, a No Candidate Record Found Error Is Thrown

In Orgs where the BHRC Email Opt-Out functionality was configured, users were alerted about the following issue by their clients: when the recipients of emails sent out from that Org clicked on the Opt-Out preferences link in the email body, they received a No Candidate record found error.
