Duplicate Sub Status Records

When using the Set Sub Status action in the CandidateClosed A person looking for a job. A candidate can also be referred to as a Job Seeker, Applicant, or Provider. ATS, rapidly clicking the Save button multiple times before the modal closed resulted in duplicate Sub Status records being created for the same application.

We implemented a loading state flag that disables the Save button during the save operation. Once a user selects Save, the button becomes disabled and remains disabled until the save operation completes and the modal closes. This prevents multiple rapid clicks from triggering duplicate record creation, ensuring only one Sub Status record is saved per action.
