Find Bullhorn User IDs for Actuals

This article explains how to find a user’s ID in Bullhorn ATS to input when uploading Actuals into Bullhorn Analytics.

Steps

1. In Bullhorn ATS, go to Menu > Admin > Users.
2. Click the Select an Action button in the top right, then select Generate Userlist.
3. Select whether you would like to generate a report for Enabled, Disabled or All Users from the dropdown.
4. Click Generate Report.
   • This will give you a list of all of the relevant user IDs for your spreadsheet. Make sure to use the UserID column, not the Master UserID column.
