How to Locate and Report Over Candidate CRM and Job CRM IDs
This article explains how to locate Job CRM IDs and Candidate CRM IDs for uploading Job Actuals.
Locate Job CRM IDs
Make the Columns Available
To find Job IDs in Bullhorn Analytics, you first need to make the relevant columns available. To do this:
- Go to Admin > Metrics > Jobs Added > Edit Columns.
- Find the following columns in the Hidden Columns section on the right, and click to make them visible:
- Job ID
- Owner ID
If you can't find these in the hidden columns, check that they're not already in the visible columns!
- Save your changes.
Create the Report
Once you've made the relevant columns available, you can create a Slice & Dice report to find the Job IDs. To do this:
- Go to Slice & Dice and select Jobs Added.
- Amend the timeframe to cover the period when the jobs you need to upload fees against were added to the ATS, e.g. "This Year".
- Click Generate Report.
- Pivot your report by dragging and dropping the Owner, Owner ID, Client, Job Title, and Job ID variables under Rows.
- The Client and Job Title makes it easier to cross-reference and ensure you have the correct IDs.
- Save this report to use again, or download it to CSV to copy and paste into the Actuals template.

For placements, candidates, and job statuses, we only pull data as it is in ATS. We don't store historical changes. If a placement was created two weeks ago and you run a report for the placement creation date, the placement will appear with its current status, not the status it had at the time.
