Last Email Received Date Field

The Last Email Received Date field provides visibility into the most recent inbound email received from a Candidate, Contact, or Lead. This helps you quickly understand recent communication activity and prioritize follow-ups.

You can use the Last Email Received Date field to:

  • Prioritize candidates who haven’t responded recently

  • Identify warm leads who are actively communicating

  • Spot client contacts who may need attention based on reduced engagement

How the Field Works

The Last Email Received Date field appears on Candidate, Contact, and Lead records and reflects the last date anyone in your organization received an email from that person.

You can add the Last Email Received Date field to records, include it as a column in list views, and access it through the REST API (read-only) or Data Replication. It can also be used as a workflow trigger in Bullhorn Automation.

  • The field updates once per day. For the first email of the day, there could be a small delay of a few minutes up to a few hours from receiving an inbound email to the field being updated.

  • At this time, the field can only be added as a visible column in list views. Support for filtering and sorting by Last Email Received Date will be introduced in a future release.
