Adding New Questions to Question Sets

1. Navigate to Tools > Configuration > Questions > Question Bank.

2. Add a Custom Question by entering the question and answer format and Save Information.

3. Go to Tools > Configuration > Questions > Manage Questions.

4. Locate your existing question set and click the icon next to the name.

5. Select Questions for Group.

6. Find your new question and check it's action box and Save Question Selections.

7. Go back to your question set group and find your newly added question. Click on Set Score > Score this Question.
   Here is where you will score the values provided and/or select the knockout box for automatic rejection process to begin.

8. Save your changes.
